What We Offer

Practical Workforce Support

Workforce Hub helps employers find work-ready labour and supports workers through a clear placement process. We focus on agriculture, construction, mining support and other labour-intensive roles across NSW.

How We Help

Who We Work With

We support employers who need dependable labour and workers who want clear job pathways. Our role is to match suitable candidates to suitable worksites, coordinate onboarding and stay in contact throughout the placement.

Our Process

What We Do Before Day One

Good placements start before a worker sets foot on site. Here is what we coordinate on your behalf.

WHS Coordination

Candidate Screening

We check work rights, suitability, availability and basic role requirements before putting anyone forward. Employers are not sent candidates who do not meet the brief.

Onboarding Coordination

Induction requirements, documentation and site access rules are confirmed with the host business before the worker starts. No surprises on day one.

Placement Management

We stay in contact during the placement. Clear escalation points are established for both the employer and the worker before work begins.

WHS Coordination

We gather information about the role, site conditions, key hazards and PPE responsibilities before placement. Safety coordination is part of how we work, not an afterthought.
