Our Process
What We Do Before Day One
Good placements start before a worker sets foot on site. Here is what we coordinate on your behalf.
Candidate Screening
We check work rights, suitability, availability and basic role requirements before putting anyone forward. Employers are not sent candidates who do not meet the brief.
Onboarding Coordination
Induction requirements, documentation and site access rules are confirmed with the host business before the worker starts. No surprises on day one.
Placement Management
We stay in contact during the placement. Clear escalation points are established for both the employer and the worker before work begins.
WHS Coordination
We gather information about the role, site conditions, key hazards and PPE responsibilities before placement. Safety coordination is part of how we work, not an afterthought.
