This notice explains how Workforce Hub ("we", "us") collects and handles your personal information when you register your interest in work or submit an application through our website or directly with our team.

Who is collecting your information
Workforce Hub collects your personal information for the purposes described in this notice. We are a labour hire and recruitment support business focused on NSW, with interstate placements subject to local requirements.
What information we collect
Depending on the stage of your registration or placement, we may collect:
- Your name, mobile number, email address and current location
- Your right to work in Australia, visa type and visa expiry details
- Languages you speak
- Licences, tickets, certificates and trade qualifications (for example, White Card, driver licence, forklift licence, machinery tickets)
- Your preferred industries and earliest available start date
- Résumé, work history and referee details where provided
- Onboarding documents where you proceed to placement — such as tax file number declarations, bank account details, identification documents, superannuation details and signed employment information statements
- Site-specific induction, PPE and access information relevant to a particular placement
- Any other information you provide in your registration or that becomes relevant during the placement process
Why we collect it
We collect this information to:
- Assess your registration and match you to suitable roles
- Contact you about work opportunities and next steps
- Verify your work rights, licences and relevant qualifications
- Coordinate pre-start requirements with host businesses, including inductions, PPE allocation and site access
- Manage onboarding, payroll and employee entitlements where Workforce Hub engages you as an employee
- Comply with our obligations under labour hire legislation, employment law, WHS law and other applicable regulations
- Communicate with you during an active placement about attendance, performance, site changes and escalation matters
If you do not provide the information
Providing the information requested is voluntary. However, if you do not provide the information we ask for, we may not be able to assess your registration, match you to suitable roles, or take steps to place you in work.
Who we may disclose your information to
We may disclose your personal information to:
- Host businesses — for suitability assessment, induction coordination and day-to-day placement management
- Payroll and HR service providers — where Workforce Hub is your employer of record
- IT and software providers — including platforms used for form collection, communication, document storage and scheduling
- Insurers — in connection with workers compensation, public liability and related matters
- Licence and registration verification services — to confirm qualifications or work rights
- Professional advisers — such as lawyers, accountants or HR consultants engaged by Workforce Hub
- Government agencies and regulators — where required by law, court order or regulatory obligation (for example, the Fair Work Ombudsman, Australian Border Force, or state work health and safety regulators)
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Employment information statements
If Workforce Hub engages you directly as an employee, you will be provided with a Fair Work Information Statement and, where applicable, a Casual Employment Information Statement at the commencement of employment or as soon as practicable afterwards. These will be provided separately from this notice.
Access and correction
You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, and to ask us to correct information that is inaccurate, out of date, incomplete, irrelevant or misleading. To make a request, contact us at info@workforcehub.com.au.
