About Us

A Practical Workforce Partner

Workforce Hub connects employers with dependable labour and supports workers through a clear, practical placement process. We focus on jobs where communication, reliability and pre-start coordination matter.

Who We Are

About Workforce Hub

Workforce Hub is a NSW-based labour hire and recruitment support business. We help employers access work-ready labour for seasonal, project-based and ongoing roles across agriculture, construction, mining support and other labour-intensive industries.

We also support workers — including those on working holiday visas — who are looking for practical job opportunities and want clear information about the application process, their rights and what to expect on site.

Our focus is on making placements work: understanding the role before matching anyone, coordinating onboarding requirements, and staying available when things need to be resolved.

What we stand for

Our Values

Clarity

We aim to be clear about what the role is, what the site requires and what happens next. Workers and employers should not have to chase us for basic information.

Reliability

We value attendance, communication and realistic placement planning. We do not overpromise on timelines or suitability.

Respect

Workers and employers deserve direct, lawful and professional treatment. We do not charge workers a fee to find employment.

Practical Compliance

We build processes around real operating needs — not generic claims. WHS coordination, document checks and induction planning are part of how we work, not add-ons.

Our process

How We Work

Our approach is straightforward: understand the work, screen for suitability, coordinate requirements before day one, and stay responsive during the placement.

  1. 01

We review the role, site and timing before matching anyone to a placement.

  2. 02

We check work rights and suitability before workers are put forward.

  3. 03

We confirm induction requirements, PPE responsibilities and site access rules before day one.

  4. 04

We stay in contact during the placement and provide clear escalation points for both parties.

  5. 05

Where Workforce Hub is the employer of record, we manage payroll and employee entitlements.
